Puppy Obedience Training
Each one of these articles is designed to help you show you puppy how to behave. Some of the information is a little bit out-dated, but it is definitely worth reading and still works. Dogs have not changed much in the last few decades, and fortunately the articles below do not condone any of the less-effective practices of the last few years, like intimidating dogs into obedience.
Please remember that you should never yell or hit or scare your puppy. Doing so will create many, many more problems than it will solve, and I doubt it will even solve a problem in the short term. Your puppy wants to please you, naturally. All we need to do is to help you communicate what you want to the dog. There will be no resistance -- the same moment your puppy understands what you want, you will have a well-trained puppy.
